A prominent HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR administrator to assist with various HR functions including recruitment, employee orientation, and payroll processing.   • Assist in administering HR matters like manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Coordinate orientation of new employees and process evaluations.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports on personnel data.
  • Process appointments, promotions, and other HR decisions.
  • Advise staff on entitlements and explain employment standards.
  • Manage recruitment process to ensure good fit with company culture.
  • Maintain employee database in HRIS & P-filing.
  • Proficient in Payroll processing and Work Pass application.
  • Administer employee leaves and claims.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
  • Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.
  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
  • Maintain employee database in the HRIS & P-filing, etc.
  • Proficient in Payroll processing and Work Pass application.
  • Administer employee leaves, claims and year end IR8A submission.
