Manage the Administrative Team: Responsible for recruiting, training and managing the administrative team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their work tasks. Develop Administrative Policies and Procedures: Work with senior management to develop and update the company's administrative policies and procedures to ensure that they are consistent with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Office Facilities Management: Responsible for managing the company's office facilities, including office space, equipment, supplies, etc., to ensure that employees have a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment.

Supply Chain Management: Work with suppliers to ensure that the company's office supplies and equipment are adequately supplied, and coordinate budgets and expenditures with the finance department. Document and Record Management: Responsible for managing the company's documents and records, including contracts, reports, archives, etc., to ensure their security, integrity and easy access. Meeting and Event Organization: Assist in organizing meetings and events inside and outside the company, including conference room reservations, itinerary arrangements, material preparation, etc.

Employee Relationship Management: Maintain good communication and cooperation with employees, solve employee problems and needs, and provide necessary support and guidance. Risk Management: Identify and assess the risks that the administrative department may face, and take appropriate measures to reduce risks.
