Job summary

An educational institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administration support, manage accounting tasks, and maintain efficient operations within the school. Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in general administration, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards work. This role is open only to Singaporeans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level Certificate with good pass in English or relevant qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service and general administration.

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounts.

  • Track incoming payments and generate receipts.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: North-East of Singapore

Salary: $2580 to $2800

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administration support and support the Administration Team in the smooth running of operations within the school.

Job Description
  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including accurate data entry
  • Keep filing systems organised and ensure proper record keeping
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and monthly statements
  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounts
  • Prepare and issue payment vouchers
  • Track incoming payments and generate receipts
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level Certificate with good pass in English or relevant qualifications or recognised skill accreditation
  • Good communication skills and positive work attitude
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting
  • Good communication and inter‑personal skills
  • Ability to multitask with good time management and good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Singaporean Only
