Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant Intern to provide efficient administrative and operational support across the school. This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution and ensures that staff, faculty, and students receive timely and professional support in all administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including monitoring stock and restocking as needed
  2. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events, ensuring proper coordination and logistics
  3. Handle correspondence and communication, including drafting emails, memos, and other documents
  4. Maintain and update filing systems, records, reports, and databases accurately
  5. Provide reception duties such as answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and welcoming visitors
  6. Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
  7. Assist with projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management
  8. Ensure smooth internal and external communication across the school
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
  2. At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
