A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced administrative officer to provide full spectrum support across departments. Responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining filing systems. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills and interpersonal abilities are essential.
Submission and responsibility of compliance documentation to Singapore & Overseas government regulators/applications and renewal for various regions.
Provide full spectrum of administrative support to various departments.
Recording, management and distribution of minutes.
Contract and customer agreement management.
Travel arrangements for various team members
Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records
Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment.
