Job summary
A technology services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrator to manage subscription renewals, liaise with customers, and support office operations. Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, sourcing parts, and coordinating with technicians. Key Responsibilities
- Lead for managing subscription renewal of Scott Vickers ECM TSS/CCTV Systems. Liaise with customers, monitor and follow up.
- Create and process purchase orders and invoices relating to subscription.
- Sourcing for parts with external vendors and managing inventory as and when required for projects.
- Co‑ordinate with technicians & customers for trouble shooting. Prepare daily schedule of duties for technicians.
- Attend to customer's queries via various channels.
- Create quotations for repair works, relocation, recalibration, upgrading works to be done. Generate Sales Orders for deliveries / ECM rental.
- Any other Admin duties required.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years working experience in an admin environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks software preferred.
- Time management and think on your feet skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
