Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible

Working Location: Near to Tengah Community Centre at Tengah Building Service Centre (Bukit Batok)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

The Executive Admin will provide critical administrative and scheduling support to ensure timely deployment of staff and contractors for technical and maintenance works for Cooling Operations. The role includes coordinating daily operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily deployment of staff and contractors for technical and maintenance works.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve operational issues and maintain a tracking log to document the case status and feedback from site teams.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on job progress, manpower usage, and service metrics.
  • Handle documentation, databases and logistics where needed.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and provide backup coverage when needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma. Diploma in Engineering is a plus
  • At least 3 years in admin or operations support
  • Technical or engineering background is advantageous, especially in facilities management
  • Proficient in MS Office; scheduling tools a plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
