We are seeking a meticulous and responsible individual to support our team in survey operations and administrative duties. The role involves handling survey data, coordinating responses, and ensuring smooth completion of survey exercises.
Assist in data extraction, collection, entry, and editing from online sources or survey forms
Support preparation, printing, and dispatch of survey returns by post or email
Attend to telephone queries from survey respondents and conduct follow-up calls to remind, clarify, or obtain information
Perform general administrative support, including sorting, filing, and mailing of survey documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of English, communication, and numeracy skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling repetitive data tasks
Prior experience in survey operations, data entry, or administrative support will be an advantage
