Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Support to handle paperwork, assist the sales team, manage customer accounts, and perform various office duties. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and good communication skills. This position offers a salary range of SGD 1900 to SGD 2000, with a 5-day working week and standard hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Handling paperwork and filing.
  • Helping sales team bill meter readings during month-end.
  • Creating accounts for new customers and new items.
  • Assisting accounts receivable.
  • Performing other office duties as assigned.
