About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Sales professional to join our dynamic team at CT AIR-CON PTE LTD. In this full‑time position based in the Paya Lebar East Region, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and providing excellent administrative support to our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain client records, contracts, and other sales‑related documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating client communications
  • Assist with the processing of sales orders, invoices, and other financial documentation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective sales support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries
