Job summary

A local tech company in Singapore seeks an Admin Assistant / Receptionist to manage reception duties, provide clerical support, and assist HR with basic tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required, and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.   • Manage office supplies and maintain basic office upkeep.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendors.
