Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative for a rotating shift position. The role includes welcoming members, handling enquiries, and achieving sales targets.   • Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members.
  • Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ.
  • Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries.
  • Actively seeking new sale opportunities.
  • Maintaining studio's cleanliness.
  • Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors.
  • All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager.
