Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Clarke Quay is seeking a customer service associate to assist with member check-ins and manage various inquiries. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in customer service and sales. This position includes achieving monthly targets and maintaining studio cleanliness. The role operates on a rotating shift basis, with a competitive salary starting at $2,000.
Qualifications
- Relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins.
- Building rapport with new and existing members.
- Handling payments when required.
- Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members.
- Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ.
- Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries.
- Actively seeking new sale opportunities.
- Maintaining studio's cleanliness.
- Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors.
- All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager.
