A food procurement company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for an administrative and procurement role. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, processing orders, and ensuring materials are replenished on time. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in procurement and administration. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with knowledge of the food industry as a plus.
Handle all administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination for ERP.
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supplier agreements.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory levels and order materials accordingly.
Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with budgeting.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
Any other duties assigned.
