Job summary

A leading human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin/Ops Executive to oversee international shipments, manage retail showroom operations, and provide backend support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail showroom environment and basic computer skills. Work includes coordinating shipments, maintaining a professional showroom, and operating 3D printers. The role operates Monday to Saturday, with a salary range of $2100-$2400.

  • Manage international shipments for high-value items.
  • Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Liaise with courier partners and internal teams.
  • Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
  • Assist clients with after-sales services and order collection.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams.
  • Operate 3D printers to produce models for internal use.
  • Support general backend operational tasks.

Location: Orchard
Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday)
Salary: $2100-$2400

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage international shipments for high-value items
  • Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits
  • Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery
  • Liaise with courier partners and internal teams

  • Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping
