Overview

Leading Utilities Group company

Duration: 1 + 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Bedok Industrial Park, Bedok North Ave 4

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) (To standby for ad-hoc class support on Saturday and weekday evening – under overtime claims)

Job Duties
  • Class Logistics
    • Prepare class materials including attendance sheets, exam slips, refreshments, and other logistics
    • Ensure classroom readiness and trainer support
  • Daily Operations
    • Provide on-site and remote support for daily course activities
    • Update attendance records and assessment results in the system
    • Download and compile course evaluation feedback
  • Customer & Course Support
    • Handle customer enquiries related to contractor courses
    • Assist with course registration via TMS and other platforms
  • Ad-hoc Support
    • Provide support for Saturday and evening classes when scheduled
    • Assist with urgent operational tasks as assigned
  • General Administration
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Support team with any other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across all levels.
  • Prior experience in training operations is an advantage.
