Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an administrative professional to update task lists, manage purchase orders, and maintain important documents. The ideal candidate has a minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent and at least 2 years of administrative experience. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Update the Master Outstanding Summary List for new or closed tasks.
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers upon request.
  • File and maintain documents such as Quotations and Invoices.
  • Manage workers' timecards and PPE needs.
  • Enroll new training courses for workers and staff.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks from HR or Accounts.
