Overview:

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Admin Officer who is active, proactive, and passionate in an administrative role to support the operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office and tuition centre inspections, including liaising with contractors and building management for any necessary repairs.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and other financial transactions.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including inventory and supply management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Reports to Senior HR Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate possess at least Secondary School/O Levels / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Enjoys a fast‑paced work environment, performs well under pressure, is detail‑oriented, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.
  • Fast paced working environment and able to multi‑task, meticulous.
  • Working days Monday – Friday. If weekend work is required, an off‑in‑lieu voucher will be provided for compensation.
