  • Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
  • Oversee general office administration including supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation for HR and operational matters.
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin Team as assigned.
