Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales efforts by following up with customers and lead generation
  • Contribute to marketing activities aimed at boosting sales and revenue
  • Work with management to identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth
  • Co‑coordinate import process, including request for quotations, arranging shipments, data entry, and documentation
  • Provide general admin support and assist with ad hoc office duties as required.
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn
  • Interest in both office administration and online sales/marketing
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online marketing tools
  • Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work as a team.
