  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Thu (8am - 6pm), Fri (8am - 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly)
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative, IT and Executive support.
  • Organize and maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules.
  • Prepare business documents including reports, slide decks, and meeting materials.
  • Manage sensitive communications and confidential correspondence.
  • Monitor key deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure executives are well‑prepared.
  • Handle initial troubleshooting for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
  • Liaise with external IT service providers for advanced troubleshooting and system enhancements.
  • Track and manage IT equipment inventory, ensuring timely updates and data backups.
  • Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access permissions.
  • Support day‑to‑day office functions, including supply procurement and equipment upkeep.
  • Coordinate with service vendors such as cleaners, couriers, and maintenance providers.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and uphold document control standards.
  • Other necessary duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or IT support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with basic IT infrastructure.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
