Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for HR Operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.

This role is based in Tampines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee data management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR‑related documents such as letters, reports, and memos.
  • Support HR processes, including leave administration, benefits claims, and personnel file management.
  • Assist in HR reporting, data compilation, and audit preparation.
Qualifications
