Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Finance Manager and at least 3 years as Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of HR Singapore standards and regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Overview

The Admin & Finance manager is responsible for end-to-end financial processes, administration and payroll activities for the Singapore office of a MNC, with a specific focus on managing the documentation, cash flows, invoicing and tax obligations of a company, including the accounting registration of economic movements, the issuing and receiving of invoices, the calculation of VAT, the management of relationships with banks and suppliers and the preparation of accounting documents and the balance sheet. He/she also plays a critical role in overseeing accurate and timely administration of the organization's payroll for both direct and temporary employees, managing communication and data management with the third-party agency.
