Remote Admin / HR Assistant (Work From Home)

💼 Salary: $800–$900/month
🕘 Hours: 9am–6pm (flexible arrangements possible)
📍 Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Work From Home) -- in person meeting 1-2x a month

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Handle IRAS submissions and ensure timely compliance

  • Manage CPF submissions and related reporting

  • Track and remind on monthly and quarterly deadlines (PA-style task management)

  • Assist with grant applications and follow-ups

  • Support basic HR and administrative functions (staff records, onboarding, leave tracking, etc.)

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and staff matters

  • Communicate clearly and promptly through email, WhatsApp, or other assigned channels

Requirements
  • Background in Admin or HR preferred

  • Knowledge of IRAS, CPF, and government portals (Business Grant Portal, CPF, IRAS MyTax, etc.)

  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills

  • Responsible, organised, and trustworthy

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be responsive during core hours and proactive with reminders
