Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including stationery purchasing, inventory, and distribution;
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment; coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and courier services;
  • Assist in organizing internal events such as team-building, meetings, and training sessions;
  • Handle office supplies, document printing, filing, and mail distribution;
  • Support visitor reception and meeting room scheduling.

HR Duties:

  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee record updates;
  • Maintain employee database, attendance, and personnel files;
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews;
  • Help with payroll data collection and benefits administration;
  • Participate in employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Relevant experience in HR or office administration preferred.
