A construction and design company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual for HR and administrative support. Responsibilities include handling staff attendance, assisting with payroll, managing documents, and coordinating with the project team. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and fluently communicate in English and Mandarin. A positive working attitude is essential for this role.
Work Days: 5½ days per week
Location: Tuas, Singapore
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with administrative and basic accounts-related tasks. You will support daily office operations, handle HR documentation, and help track monthly sales and expenses.
Handle HR functions such as staff attendance, leave, and records.
Assist with preparing employment letters and other HR documents.
Support payroll preparation and monthly sales/purchase calculations.
Manage quotations, invoices, and filing of documents.
Coordinate with the project team on daily operational matters.
Answer calls, emails, and assist with scheduling.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good teamwork and positive working attitude.
Preferably able to start work soon.
