Admin / Front Desk Executive (Legal MNC)

Our client is a market leader law practice in SEA. They are looking for an Admin Executive to assist the team for the next phase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore – easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Assistance – Provide timely, accurate support to practice management assistants, legal assistants, and lawyers.
  • Document & Mail Handling – Manage scanning, printing, photocopying, amending documents, and coordinating mail or courier requests.
  • File & Database Management – Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, update client databases, and oversee archiving and retrieval of files.
  • Financial Support – Assist with petty cash, currency requests, and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Task & Deadline Management – Deliver accurate work while meeting deadlines, adjusting timeframes when necessary, and handling competing priorities.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination – Support internal/external events, functions, and team activities, including logistics and documentation.
  • Policy & Compliance – Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and WHS obligations while ensuring correct processes are followed.
  • Learning & Collaboration – Take ownership of personal development, attend training, adopt new practices, and contribute proactively to team and firm initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum NITEC and above.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relationships with people internally and externally to the firm.
