Admin Executive (1-Year Contract)

📍 Location: Caldecott
📅 Contract Duration: 1 Year

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Admin Executive to provide operational, administrative, and frontline support for key safeguarding initiatives and public service processes.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Provide backend support for the implementation of social safeguard processes.
  • Handle correspondence, including preparing letters and liaising with the relevant registry.
  • Support simple data requests using Microsoft Excel, including basic data cleaning.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, printing, filing, and mail preparation.
  • Assist with the opening, sorting, and processing of incoming mail.

Basic Client Service Support

  • Guide members of the public—including individuals without SingPass—through self‑exclusion revocation procedures and online courseware completion.
  • Collect and verify documents to facilitate citizenship or status updates in internal systems.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and monitor shared email inboxes; handle routine enquiries and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Assist members of the public in scheduling appointments with officers or partner agencies.
  • Conduct routine outbound calls to confirm hearing attendance and obtain required contact details.

Other Duties

  • Support additional ad‑hoc tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
