Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in day-to-day matters.
- Carry out property and title searches, prepare documentation for e-stamping, and handle due diligence processes.
- Monitor timelines, maintain organised case files, and assist clients by addressing queries and managing correspondence.
- Oversee the signing, witnessing, and submission of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Arrange appointments, coordinate meetings, and communicate with external stakeholders such as banks, law firms, and clients.
Requirements
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with accuracy in legal research and document preparation.
- Well-organised, able to prioritise and multi task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
- Capable of working independently while being a supportive team player.
- Experience in conveyancing work, including stamp duty submissions and dealings with the Land Registry, will be an advantage.
