A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to handle the end-to-end account opening process, manage risk profile renewals, and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate has a Polytechnic Diploma and is proficient in MS Office. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
Handle end-to-end account opening process, including creation of accounts in the Private Banking system and generation of client letters
Process Portfolio Risk Profile renewals
Extract documents requested by Business Risk Management and Auditors for testing or review
Prepare and update monthly reports to track risk profiles due for renewal
Transmit daily transactions to Operations for processing
Prepare documents for archival and manage inventory of files sent to ScanHub
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
