Role Summary
Vin’s Automotive Group (SGX Listed Catalist Board) is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Loans Executive to join our Finance Division. You will be responsible for handling loan applications from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service for our customers and dealer partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the bridge between customers, dealers, and financial institutions, ensuring a smooth loan process and supporting our commitment to Kaizen and Omotenashi.
Responsibilities
- Answer all phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with car dealers and hirers on all car financing matters.
- Process and input data-entry for loan applications accurately.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and eligibility for loan packages.
- Advise customers on suitable loan solutions and alternatives.
- Manage customer expectations and follow up with swift resolutions.
- Conduct credit searches and collect required documents from customers.
- Submit applications and documents to banks / financial institutions for approval.
- Arrange customer appointments for loan agreements and documentation.
- Oversee administrative and documentation procedures through to loan disbursement.
- Perform any other loan-related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in loan processing or administrative roles (automotive or financial industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with both customers and financial institutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and careful in handling documentation.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday — 08:45am to 05:45pm
Alternate Saturdays — 08:45am to 12:45pm
5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)
