Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organization’s digital programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Content & Product development and App Releases
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders for content development.
- Summarise changes in App versions and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Seek approval for the latest app release versions.
- Provide secretariat support for meeting preparatory work to schedule meetings & discussions per month (including booking venues, sending confirmation emails, preparing meeting agenda, drafting slides, logistic set up for video conference calls and etc).
- 2. Conduct checks for accuracy for programme’s reports (operational & financial, etc) on a regular cadence
- Monitor and extract programme operation data (e.g. programme performance, engagement, rewards, etc) from various dashboard platforms for reporting to management on a monthly basis.
- Conduct checks to ensure accuracy of reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Update financial reconciliation report monthly.
- Assist team to investigate and follow up on incident reporting.
- Provide support to consolidate documentations for annual audit checks & progress.
- 3. Liaise with customer support team and vendors to
- Track customer feedback trends through customer satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare drafts and seek alignment and clearance from management for escalated or complex queries.
- Consolidate and ensure that any updates to the digital programme (E.g. bug fixes, new features and releases).
- Develop/Enhance workflows and processes to enhance customer experience and tighten governance.
- Monitor programme known issues and aging cases.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management or digital solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- Meticulous with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable consolidating numbers or documents across various sources.
