A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to process hire purchase loan applications and assess customer eligibility. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry and a NITEC or Diploma. Excellent career progression and benefits offered. Training available for those with lesser experience.
Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working location: Upper Thomson (Walking distance to Upper Thomson MRT)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Process hire purchase loan applications and assess customer eligibility.
Handle loan enquiries and recommend suitable financing options.
Conduct credit checks and collect required customer information and documents.
Submit loan applications to banks or financial institutions and follow up on approvals.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
Prepare and manage loan documents, including block discounting and other financing facilities.
Maintain accurate loan records and assist in preparing simple reports.
Support daily administrative tasks to keep loan operations running efficiently.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Min NITEC / Diploma in any field with at least 1 year experience in automotive industry.
Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.
