  • Support HR tasks including attendance and onboarding documents.
  • Process customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service resolutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and support.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc admin tasks and projects.
