A recruiting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced administrative professional to handle office administration, manage schedules, and support HR tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of admin experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills. Office Hours
Handle daily office administration, filing, document control and data entry
Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and business correspondence
Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and office supply inventory
Support HR tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding documents)
Process customer inquiries, orders, bookings and service requests
Maintain customer records, service logs and update CRM/ERP system
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) for service resolutions
Handle customer complaints and provide timely follow-up and support
Assist in procurement, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting to management
Support ad-hoc admin tasks, projects and customer service matters
At least 1 year of admin experience
Strong communication and people skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, reliable, and enjoys helping others
