Part-Time Hourly Rate: $12–$15

Full-Time Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (based on role & performance)

Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Office Support
    • Handle day-to-day administrative duties and office operations
    • Manage documentation, filing (digital & physical), and record-keeping
    • Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and simple data entry
    • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory levels
    • Support internal departments with administrative tasks when needed
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office calendars
    • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for coordination purposes
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
    • Provide customer service support when required
  • Operations Assistance
    • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks (attendance tracking, onboarding documents, etc.)
    • Help with organising company events, staff activities, or training sessions
    • Ensure smooth daily workflow and support management in ad‑hoc tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE A’ Level or Local Diploma in any discipline
  • Good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
  • Responsible, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
