Job description
Role Purpose

The employee supports the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) standards adopted by the organization. The intern will assist in documentation development, compliance support and data collection.

Key Responsibilities
1. IMS Documentation Development & Control
  • Assist in developing and updating IMS policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and records.
  • Support document control activities, including version management and compliance checks.
  • Organize and maintain IMS filing systems for accessibility and accuracy.
2. Compliance & Audit Support
  • Support preparation for internal and external ISO audits.
  • Help track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement), and corrective actions.
  • Assist in gathering evidence, compiling audit documentation, and coordinating with departments.
3. Data Collection & Reporting
  • Support implementation monitoring and follow-up with departments.
  • Prepare IMS implementation status reports.
