Job description

1. Responsible for handling corporate secretary-related tasks, including annual renewal of company licenses, preparing documents required for upgrading qualifications, document notarization, and managing director signature change applications as well as ACRA license procurement.

2. In charge of the management and usage of the company seal.

3. Responsible for document and archive management, including organizing, categorizing, preserving, and archiving important new and old documents.

4. Prepare, record, and collect documents related to company qualifications, including submitting BCA AP/TP updates or cancellation applications, and updating and submitting BCA monthly project reports.

5. Provide administrative support to the project department as needed.

6. Collect and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance report materials to the HQ

7. Other task will be assigned by Department Head

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, facilities management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors, contractors, and agents.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
