An educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Executive responsible for managing daily operations, providing customer care services, and maintaining student information. The ideal candidate should have at least a minimum of 3 GCE O-levels and 2 years of relevant administrative experience, alongside good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MSOffice is essential. The environment requires someone who can multi-task and work independently.
The Administrative Executive will be responsible to the principal for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.
Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school
Provide proper information about school fees and programs
Input data on ECDA website ( eg: register for Teacher's LON )
Prepare financial and centre reports (eg. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report etc)
Manage students' information
Issue invoices, collect school fees and issue receipts
Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationery, events, etc.
Responsible for proper storage of stationery and uniforms
Perform any other duties as assigned
