Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support student services and general school administration. This role involves managing student hostel matters, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, and supporting various school projects as needed. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for student hostel matters, including contracts, inquiries, and coordination with students, parents, and hostel staff.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Assist in handling ad hoc administrative projects or tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations across student services, including hostel and other student-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to student services, hostel arrangements, and administrative work.
  • Respond promptly to student and parent inquiries, providing guidance or escalating matters when necessary.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Form Teacher on progress, updates, and completed assignments.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
