Plan and support internal events such as townhalls and team meetings
Coordinate catering orders and logistics
Handle travel arrangements for employees
Be the first point of contact for simple IT issues
Support onboarding and offboarding of IT equipment
Maintain and manage IT office assets
Provide administrative support to senior leaders
Facilitate smooth communication across departments
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn new things
