Overview

Admin & Customer Service role requiring Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) with urgent opening and salary range of $4500 to $5500.

Responsibilities
  • Record and track investor subscriptions and redemptions accurately.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with investor due diligence, completion of tax questionnaires, and other information requests.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including front desk operations, office lease renewals, coordination of equipment maintenance, and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Serve as a liaison with Japan Headquarters for procurement matters and translation of business documents, emails, and internal communications.
  • Organize and host corporate events and business dinners to enhance team engagement and client relationships.
  • Support sales operations by managing travel logistics, including flight and hotel arrangements for the Managing Director and sales team.
  • Provide support for annual financial audit and tax review for the fund, including correspondence with the fund administrator, tax advisors and external auditors.
  • Assist Portfolio Managers in preparing newsletters, investor reports, and other communication materials in both Japanese and English.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (a major in JAPANESE is beneficial).
  • Excellent verbal and written Japanese is required. (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
