Job description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin cum Sales Executive to support administrative operations while actively driving sales including but not limited to (Subcontract-Manpower & Electrical/Scaffold Projects). The role requires hands-on involvement in sales, administration, coordination, documentation, and to support end-to-end sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Co-ordinate Transport, Accommodation (including Dormitory), Medical arrangements
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure the dormitory is clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Oversee dormitory occupancy, including check-in/out processes and room assignments.
  • Enforce dormitory rules and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
  • Supervise teams responsible for maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
  • Co-ordinate with Teams such Operations, Sales, Procurement, Transport, etc.,
  • Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
  • Support management with reports, summaries, and operational paperwork
Sales:

•Drive new business and revenue by acquiring clients across island wide.

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities for manpower outsourcing, projects
  • Understand client workforce requirements (skilled, semi-skilled, contractual, permanent)
  • Pitch manpower solutions and negotiate commercials & contracts
  • Prepare, manage, and track sales documentation and customer records
  • Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and MIS reports
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with sales/employment/tenancy agreements, contracts, and related paperwork
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP Application/Tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
