A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced admin cum receptionist to provide support with record-keeping, logistics coordination, and stock-taking. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft applications. This role requires tracking attendance and preparing reports for payroll, aiming to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Provide admin support, including record-keeping, document preparation, and occasional receptionist duties.
Coordinate logistics for materials/equipment delivery to sites and update delivery status.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock-taking.
Track daily attendance, timesheets, and overtime, and prepare monthly OT reports for payroll.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 year of admin cum receptionist experience.
Proficient in Microsoft application.
