HR Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee enquiries, maintain HR records, and support a positive work environment.
- Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate performance review activities and track staff evaluations.
- Arrange training programs, maintain training records, and apply for government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, work pass matters, and HR policies.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare programs, retention initiatives, and company events.
- Oversee employee benefits (insurance, medical claims, leave administration, etc.).
- Manage IR21/IR8A and statutory HR submissions.
- Handle conflict resolution support and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain HR data, prepare simple reports, and support HR audits.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration including supplies, pantry, stationery, equipment, and phone calls.
- Handle staff claims (medical, transport, etc.) and assist in vehicle-related renewals (insurance, parking, road tax).
- Coordinate office and dormitory rental renewals, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage dormitory allocation and logistics for workers.
- Arrange flight bookings and transport for workers’ home leave or resignation.
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and handle government claims or surveys.
- Support insurance renewals, group insurance enrolment, liability insurance, and security bond purchases.
- Perform any ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
