A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an HR and Administrative Executive to manage comprehensive HR duties, including recruitment, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection and Work Pass application.
- Handles work pass application, renewal and cancellation and submission of tax clearance for employees (IR21).
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly CPF contributions and employee’s employment records (IR8A).
- Handles company’s insurances and submission of all claims (NS claims, maternity claim etc.)
- Assist with submission of statutory reports and survey
- Process sales orders and prepare invoices / delivery orders.
- Liaise closely with production and logistics team to ensure day-to-day order fulfilment.
- Liaise with customers on status of their orders, delivery or product issues.
- Generate daily stock report for packing of goods.
- Responsible for procurement of ingredients and preparing incident reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
