Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Admin cum Customer Service Coordinator to handle administration and customer service tasks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be available to work on weekends. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, supporting visitors, and ensuring office supplies are maintained. This role offers a basic salary between $2000 and $2500 plus commission.

  • Responsible for administration and reception duties, and assigned HR tasks.

  • Coordinate maintenance services for office facilities.
  • Attend to customer enquiries relating to services.
  • Ad-hoc duties when required.
