About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Coordinator to join our team at CA STUDIO PTE. LTD. in the Kampong Ubi Central Region. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordinating support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, quotation and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, architect, consultants, suppliers etc
  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner. Need to attend site meetings / discussion with relevant parties
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Support the management team with various projects and administrative duties. Ensuring project stays on schedule and within budget
  • Resource Management. Resolve all kind of problem on site and office. A multi‑tasker and assist other adhoc works as and when require by Management
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
What we’re looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in the Administration & Construction / Renovation industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer‑focused approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
