Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, insurance renewals, and vehicle maintenance, as well as accounting tasks such as generating invoices and managing customer accounts using SAP. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls.
  • Manage company insurance renewal.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of company vehicles and machinery.
  • Apply and renew licenses with government bodies.
  • File documents and order stationery.
  • Generate sales invoices and update accounts in SAP.
  • Follow up on payments and collections with customers.
  • Update receipts and payment vouchers in accounting software.
  • Liaise with customers regarding deliveries.
  • Handle petty cash.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General and Admin Duties include

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Company insurance renewal
  • Company Vehicles maintenance and repairs
  • Company Machineries, aircon and equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Government bodies license application and renewal
  • Filing of documents / order stationery

Accounting Duties

Accounts Receivables & Payables

  • Generating of Sales invoices and updating Supplier invoice into accounting system - SAP
  • Follow up payments/collections with Customers
  • Updating of Receipts & Payment Voucher into accounting system
  • Updating of Customers & Tally with Suppliers Statement
  • Liaising with Customers via email on deliveries
  • Handle Petty Cash
