You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Organize & maintain office files, records & documentations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage company financial records and invoices.
  • Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Responsible, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in an SME or small team environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as this position will be required to liaise with Business Teams in China on regular basis.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently.
