- Managed documentation and maintained accurate course materials, trainer records, and promotional content to ensure compliance and currency.
- Assisted with content updates, media integration, and uploads to internal learning platforms.
- Planned and coordinated trainer appreciation events and feedback sessions to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
- Worked with internal stakeholders to update course status and enhance promotional materials, prospectuses, and web pages.
- Standardised and improved training materials to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Integrated interactive tools such as Padlet and Mentimeter to increase learner engagement.
- Designed and structured learning sessions with discussions, activities, and case studies to promote participation and effective learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 2-5 years of related working experience
